Opis:
Priča se odvija u srednjoj školi kojom vlada predsednica Saveta učenika, Sacuki Kirjuin. Ona zajedno sa ostalim predsednicima komiteta kontroliše školu uterujući strah u kosti običnim studentima. Glavni adut koji odvaja predsecnicu Saveta i predsednike komiteta je činjenica da poseduju uniforme koje ima daju posebne moči. Školske uniforme, u zavisnsoti od ranga, mogu imati između jedne i tri zvezdice. Pometnju u školi stvara učenica sa razmene, Rjuko, koja sa sobom nosi polovinu ogromnih makaza. Ona traži osobu kojoj pripada druga polovina makaza, jer je ta osoba ubica njenog oca.
